PAYA Workforce is built for factories, offices, shops, and field teams that need trustworthy attendance and automatic wage calculation. Employees punch in from their own phones with GPS and selfie proof; admins approve exceptions, run payroll, and share payslips on WhatsApp — without buying biometric hardware.
Overview
PAYA Workforce combines employee attendance tracking, payroll processing, geo-fencing, AI face verification, anti-spoof detection, leave management, piece-rate work, and attendance analytics in one mobile-first product.
Each business (tenant) has one admin owner, a subscription plan (Basic, Geo, or Geo + AI), and unlimited configuration for office location, shifts, departments, and pay rules.
Authentication & access
Users sign in with mobile number and PIN. Staff register with a selfie and face enrollment; many accounts stay in pending approval until an admin verifies them.
After first approval, staff see a one-time welcome screen, then the daily punch dashboard.

Workflows
Admin setup
- Choose a plan at /plans and register as admin
- Complete payment or trial
- Set office on map, shift, and auto punch-out in onboarding
- Add or approve staff from the dashboard
Staff daily punch
- Staff registers and waits for admin approval
- Open Punch tab → allow GPS → selfie → face verify
- Admin reviews punch photos in Approvals (Geo + AI)
- Punch out with selfie before leaving
Month-end payroll
- Open Payroll tab and select month
- Review attendance, piece work, and leave
- Run calculation, record payment, share payslip on WhatsApp
