PAYA Campus is an AI-powered student safety and attendance system for schools, colleges, coaching centres, hostels, and skill institutes. Mark attendance by class teacher phone, student mobile, or gate tablet; notify parents on WhatsApp; manage fees and report cards on Campus Pro — with unlimited teachers on every plan.
Overview
PAYA Campus supports student attendance, parent dashboards, fee management, report cards, hostel night roll, bus routes, and gate kiosk systems — in one platform shared with optional teacher payroll (hybrid mode).
Billing is per active student per month or year. Staff and teachers are unlimited on all campus plans.

Attendance modes
Set the mode that fits how your institution operates:
- Class teacher mobile — teacher marks section roll on staff app (recommended for schools)
- Student mobile — students check in on their phone with GPS + face
- Gate tablet — shared kiosk at entrance with face enroll & scan
- Hybrid — gate kiosk plus student mobile where needed

- Teacher / staff — class roll, hostel roll, own punch if hybrid payroll
- Student — mobile check-in, hostel night, report cards
- Parent — read-only attendance, fees, report cards (linked by phone)

Workflows
School (class teacher + optional gate)
- Register at /campus/plans and complete campus onboarding
- Import students with parent phone numbers
- Assign class teachers; teachers mark roll on staff app

Admin dashboard
Campus admin lives at /admin/campus with tabs: Home, Students, Class & hostel attendance, Fees, and More (setup, sites, kiosk, analytics, report cards, admissions, payroll in hybrid mode).
Hybrid institutions also use /admin/dashboard for teacher workforce payroll.
